Sheriff Mat King was born in Port Huron, raised in St. Clair Township, graduated from Marysville High School in 1995, and attended St. Clair County Community College. He has spent 46 years in St. Clair County where he has raised his family and dedicated himself to service to the community by serving 26 years with the St. Clair County Sheriff's Office.
